Sorry I missed posting yesterday. Seems I blinked, and the day was gone.
Tyler, I'm happy to hear you are feeling better. Each one of your jokes gets better. I really liked the last one. By the way, why did the pony whisper? Because, he was a little hoarse. I know, yours are better, but give me time, I will come up with some really good ones.
Roamer, I do pray you are feeling better. I was happy to hear you and Gammaw took a little break this weekend. Personally, I think it's just what you needed. Dr. Sg is right though, stay warm, take it easy, and take lots of vitamin C. I never forget you two when I go before the Lord. God Bless!
KC, the above goes for you. I realize the demanding duties of a Mother doesn't permit a lot of free time, but try to take it easy. Did you teach Sunday school again today? That should be rewarding, and I know a Blessing. Know that you are never forgotten in my prayers.
Well, I asked a few weeks ago, "if anything good came out of the state of Michigan?". After the success of the Tiger's, I'm forced to eat my words. Those Tiger's are good! I don't think the Met's, nor the Cardinal's could beat them in a seven game series, so I expect them to go all the way. Sg, notice I give credit, when credit's due? I'm sure I won't be saying the same about the Piston's. I still think they will finish at the bottom. Enjoy the Tiger's success, because that's all you'll have to "root" for this year. Wait and see!
Hey Max, good to hear from you. I'm surprised you haven't gotten even with me for all the abuse. You must be saving a real "gem" to drop on me when I least expect it. I have to keep my guard up, because I know eventually, you will get even. I love you Brother. I pray the family is well.
OK Group, I'm going to get off here for now. I pray you had a wonderful, relaxing Sunday. God Bless you all 'till you have to pray for him to stop. Talk to you again soon. I love you ALL!!

I'm much better, my voice is still a little strained but Gammaw hasn't yelled at me or anything. I was able to go to church this morning, tried singing, gave up and just mouthed the words. My throat couldn't decide what to do, sounded like a sick bullfrog. Anyway, we had a great service and our daughter and grandkids sat with us.
The weather this afternoon was lovely. I know it's the Sabbath but when Gammaw says do something, "yes dear" is the appropriate answer. We had brought back some wallpaper for the kitchen from Georgia and Gammaw decided to hang it this afternoon. She applied sizing to the walls around 2:30 and waited until it dried. Hanging the paper took all afternoon. We stayed really calm, no yelling or screaming, and finished it a little while ago. It really looks good.
I think we'll make another trip back to Georgia the middle of the week. We have everything we brought last time in it's place and there's still some work to be done down south. I plan on driving another vehicle back in a few days, still trying to figure out how to get a car and 2 motorcycles up here before it gets really cold. I might try and ride one of them, probably the Harley, and bring the other one in the back of the truck. We'll cross that hurdle when we get to it.
Still no TV. I miss some of the news and sprorts, but I admit it is quiet around here. My son-in-law said today that he wished he didn't have TV himself. Our grandkids spend a lot of time in front of the thing, and it upsets him that they do.
I hope that everyone's upcoming week is an exciting one. We love you all!
