in my colwell line they do have caldwell's and we have cousins named caldwell that lived in cutchin my line goes in both the line of caldwell came down with samuel and forked off with hirman which now gives us into that line and grandfather is the colwell he was henderson hence colwell from nc from morris caldwell and they changed the spelling

hi cousin in my spelling of himan colwell i have him spelled as caldwell which is 1 of my branches yee haw morris caldwell had 7 kids 2 of which are james and samuel my line comes thru james hirman line comes thru samuel my cousin i talk to all the time is in both lines lol since this is your line do you have any info on howards my grandfather was henderson hence colwell he had 30 kids someeee man they lived in the forkit mouth area or busy ky
my dad is a morgan and he is related to the coldwell's in perry county. he is from there as well. the only name i know at this point is john colwell there are different spellings . i know it is colwell. if you are related to morgans also maybe i can help
I am looking for relatives from my mother's side of the family. My mother's name is Peggy (Feltner) Miller, and her mother's name was Siller (Colwell) Feltner, daughter of Burley Colwell married to Della (Couch) Colwell. My step-grandfather was Hiram Colwell, grandma always called him "Harm" is that the same person you all were referring to? Grandma was a Combs. I know grandpa had a lot of boys.... Let me know sorry havent been to this site for while... email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
