I worked at Sykes, notice I said worked. I was on the bank side and hated it. Almost everyone I started with has quit already. I know that when it comes down to it it is the customers fault for overdrafting and everything but it really did seem like BoA was trying to rip people off and I could not justify telling customers something is right when at the same time I thought it was wrong. I could make a mile long list about the reasons I left and what is bad about it but I try not to be too negative and that would just make my a good day go bad.
my daughters boyfriend works there, and i'm not sure it's to great.they send them home early all the time, when they log out for lunch or a break the computers won't let them log back in so they get sent home!he's not getting very many hours.

I have worked at Sykes for At&t since May and I love it. It truly is a wonderful company and the management is great. We really don't get alot of overtime offered but when we do its unlimited and we get a guaranteed 40 hours a week. I have heard people talk bad about both sides. I guess everyone has their own opinions but like I said I enjoy my job. We all have bad days sure but when it all comes down to it I'm evry thankful for it.

My son works there on the bank side and likes it..he passed the test in typing to work the bank side but there was no openings...He says the people he works with are good to work with...Yea he said he got some bad calls, but thats life if it was easy everyone would want the same thing in life..
We will no longer be called HILLBILLY REDNECKS we will henceforth be known as APPALACHIAN-AMERICANS
I have heard that there are three people at each computer. I can't imagine trying to work on a computer i have to share with 2 other people.
I'm not sure about the bank side but here on At&t we each have our own desk and computer. I've heard people say they've had to share with another person on the bank side but I've never heard the three people to one desk thing.
